Should there be limits to our access to information?
There should be limits to information to an extent. Information is needed to get things done sometimes, but personal information is totally not what you need for anything usual. Personal information is important to the individual. People don't want others going into their personal information because it's private. When people want information, they search it into a search engine online or go to the library to get it, but when it involves personal information, they are extremely careful they don't happen across someone else's by mistake. So, what is being said is that there should be, to an extent of course, limits to information.
